ABOUT THE DEN PROGRAMME

About AES

Alpha Employment Service (AES) delivers a Disability Employment Network (DEN) Capped Stream Programme funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. AES has obtained International Service Standards (ISO) accreditation and is a Quality Assured organisation meeting the Australian government Disability Services Standards. AES is a specialist employment service, which places and supports clients into quality and meaningful employment. The service focuses on providing systemic vocational and other required support for people on the Autism Spectrum. AES through ongoing research, case based learning and continuous improvement philosophy works to be able to identify individual client needs and assess their abilities and then provide structured programme assistance to become job ready and/or gain employment. This is achieved by a variety of vocational focused programmes and individual counselling. On the job support may be facilitated to both client and employer when required
