Employment Programme

Alpha Employment Service (AES) is a no-cost statewide specialist employment service that assists job seekers on the Autism Spectrum or those with similar needs with employment preparation, job search, job placement and post placement support, in the open labour market. AES operates as part of the Disability Employment Network (DEN). The Disability Employment Network is a network of specialist employment services supporting the employment of people with disabilities in the open labour market.

The Employment Programme Includes:

Pre-employment training

Vocational assistance

Ongoing job support

Vocational Psychological Services

Monthly client social meetings that promote social interaction and relationship building
